` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5805 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to <br /> include in the C-1 Commercial District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 4 , Town of Dunkirk described as <br /> follows: Commencing 465. 2 feet West of Southeast corner; thence N <br /> 342 feet West 102 . 6 feet South to South line East to point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to: <br /> 1. Single family residence. <br /> 2 . Woodworking shop; employees shall be limited to the <br /> family resident on the property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to <br /> record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: '/ \ 4 <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
