DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE-AIVIENDMENT NO. 5814 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to <br /> include in the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture, RH-1, and RH-3 Rural <br /> Homes Districts the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Dunkirk, described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO A-1 EX: (Area "A" on attached map) Commencing at the West <br /> quarter corner of said Section 21; thence East along the North line <br /> of said 1/4 1/4, 720 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue East along the North line of said 1/4 1/4, 600 feet; <br /> thence South along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 960 feet; thence <br /> S 78° West, along the centerline of Hammond Road, 250 feet; thence <br /> West along said centerline 580 feet; thence North 700 feet; thence <br /> East 66 feet; thence North 132 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence <br /> North 165 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: (Area "E" on map) Part of the E 1/2 SE 1/4 also part of <br /> the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 21, Town of Dunkirk, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 21; thence North, 1254 feet to the point of beginning; thence East, <br /> 330 feet; thence North along the centerline of Hammond Road; 250 <br /> feet; thence N 45° West along the said centerline, 100 feet; thence <br /> N 86° West along said centerline, 200 feet; thence N 60° West along <br /> said centerline, 260 feet; thence South 120 feet; thence S 29° East <br /> along a meander line, 400 feet to the point of beginning.
