One of the agenda items during that meeting was the consideration of two certified <br /> surveys for Vince Maly. <br /> The Board reviewed the CSM for four duplex lots adjacent to Parkview Road in section <br /> • 17. The board noted that this land has been zoned for duplexes in 1979. There are also <br /> duplex lots on the east side of Parkview Road. The`Board'harno°objection to the land <br /> !division. <br /> The Board also reviewed a CSM for Mr. Maly which would separate his business <br /> building which is zoned LC-1 from his residence. In 1990 the Town Board at that time <br /> approved that division granting a variance for lot size for the business lot.
