DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5811 - <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the R-3A Residential District the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #5811: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 17 , Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: TO R-3A: Beginning at the Northerly point of said Lot <br /> #1; thence S 30° 30 ' East along the Easterly side of said Lot #1, <br /> 200 feet; thence S 59° 30 ' West along the centerline of Bailey <br /> Road, 167 feet; thence N 37° 37 ' 30" West, 266. 22 feet; thence N <br /> 77° 20 ' East along the Northerly side of said Lot #1, 210. 1 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. TO LC-1: Beginning at the most Westerly <br /> point of said CSM 1087; thence N 77° 20 ' East along the Northerly <br /> side of said Lot #1, 109 . 45 feet; thence S 37° 37 ' 30" East, 266. 22 <br /> feet; thence S 59° 30 ' West, along the centerline of Bailey Road, <br /> 100 feet; thence N 37° 37 ' 30 ' West, 300 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
