DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5815 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #5815 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 20, Town of Sun <br /> Prairie described as follows: TO RH-2 : Commencing at the <br /> Southeast corner of said Section 20; thence N 90° 00 ' 00" West, <br /> 2051. 77 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N 90° 00 ' <br /> 00" West, 600. 00 feet; thence N 89° 57 ' 33" West, 529 . 32 feet to <br /> the Southeasterly line of CTH T; thence N 41° 16 ' 08" East, along <br /> the Southeasterly line of CTH T, 372 . 03 feet; thence S 90° 00 ' 00" <br /> East, 883 . 94 feet; thence S 00° 00 ' 00" West, 280. 00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
