Re: Em41 and Opal Vilhauer - Rezoning Application
Statmemt fully explaining the reason for the rezone
We the owners and residents, Emil and Opal J. Vilhauer.
are inour 70's and need to sell the property due to age
and health.
We have attempted to sell the total property consisting
of improvements on the 26.1 acres, but find it almost
impossible to secure buyers for the total acreage.
However, we have interested buyers for the improvement
and 6.6 acres as shown on the Preliminary Plat- Wendy Court
Estates. dated 4/25/78.
We accordingly request that the Residence and 6 .6 acres be
rezoned to RH-2, and the remaining 19.5 acres be rezoned to
RH-3, as shown in the aforementioned
4/25/78. It is our intention to sell both parcels s as sodated
possible; however we may retain the RH-3 parcel for the eo fa ms
mily.
Our Surveyor will prepare a Certified Survey Map, showing
the RH-2 parcel of 6.6 acres as lot 1, and The RH-3 parcel
of 19.5 acres as lot 2. Requested rezoning is appropriate,
since the 26.1 acres do not fully serve the purpose of A-1
(Exclusive) , and eligible to receive tax credits under the
Farmland Preservation Law.
Emil Vilh e
•
Opal J. Vilhauer
