One of the agenda items was consideration of the rezoning <br /> request by Mr. Cyril Motl, petition # 5812. <br /> The Board approved Mr. Motl's petition. Factors taken into consideration by the Board <br /> were: <br /> 1. Approximately 8 acres of tillable farmland is included in the petition, not a <br /> sufficient amount of land for agricultural activity. The tillable land is not <br /> prime agricultural land. <br /> 2. The proposed rezone is contiguous to other residential lots of similar size. <br /> 3. The site in question is surrounded by trees on three side, a waterway of 30 ft <br /> in width crosses the property. <br /> The Board is of the opinion that rural homes would be the best use of this particular land. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> i / <br /> Claudia J.
