. - • <br /> The Agriculture, Environment & Zoning Committee of the Dane County Board, pursuant to its powers and after a public <br /> hearing, the applicant for Conditional Use Permit No. .3d O or his agent being afforded and opportunity to pre- <br /> sent relevant facts supporting the application, and after hearing all persons opposing such application, does here- <br /> by make the following: <br /> FINDING OF FACT <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance, and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or en- <br /> danger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and im- <br /> provement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will••eet•be made. <br /> 5. That adequate measures will *fret be taken to provide ingress and egress so designed as to minimize traffic congestion <br /> in the public streets. <br /> 6. That the proposed conditional use doesloosb conform to all applicable regulations of the district in which it is pro- <br /> posed to be located. <br /> 1. The permit limits the use to removal of stockpiled sand or gravel. New or <br /> continued excavation of sand or gravel is not permitted. 2) . A $50,000 road <br /> protection bond shall be posted with the Town of Sun Prairie. 3) . Area wells <br /> shall be monitered, by E.M.T. , for possible water pollution. 4) . Reclamation <br /> of the mineral extraction site is required as per Section 10.126 (2) (a) 2 & 3 <br /> Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Reclamation shall commence not later than the <br /> time the stockpiled sand or gravel has been removed. <br />
