COMPOSIT REPORT <br /> APPLICATION # \6-8 /1. <br /> TOWN BOARD COMMENT: <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (RPC) <br /> Petition 5816. This proposed rezoning of wetland is the same general area which was debated and vetoed in <br /> 1992 as Petition #4929. <br /> This current proposal is reduced to stabilizing existing fill and has been prepared in consultation with DNR <br /> staff. DNR will require a stormwater management plan. <br /> The proposed fill provides slope stabilization, which as part of an overall stormwater management plan, can <br /> address concerns on adverse impact to the wetlands. <br /> The rezoning should be conditioned upon approval and full implementation of a required stormwater <br /> management plan for the site. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
