The Dane County public hearing is January 11, <br /> 1994. <br /> It is my understanding from our site visits and review of this proposal, that the present <br /> plan is acceptable to Wisconsin DNR and they wilt not object at the Dane County levet <br /> or when Fuchs' proceed further to acquire an Army Corp Engineers`fill permit.
