` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5817 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ALBION <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following <br /> described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Albion described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Beginning at the North quarter corner; thence South on <br /> North-South quarter line, 545 feet ±; thence West, 656 feet ±; <br /> thence North 545 feet ± to North Section line; thence East on <br /> Section line, 656 feet ± to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-4: Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner, then South on the <br /> North-South ! /4 Line 450 feet, more or less, to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue South 880 feet, more or less, to the SE <br /> Corner of the NE1/4 NW1/4; Thence West 1321 feet, more or less, to <br /> the SW Corner of the NE1/4 NW1/4; thence North 1328 feet, more or <br /> less, to the centerline of Aarback Road; thence East 773 feet, more <br /> or less, along the centerline; thence South 450 feet, more or less; <br /> thence East to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The RH-2 <br /> rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: L.4J IQ9L1 <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) 1 <br />
