` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5817 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of ALBION The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 11, Town of Albion described as follows: TO RH-2: Beginning at the North quarter corner; thence South on North-South quarter line, 545 feet ±; thence West, 656 feet ±; thence North 545 feet ± to North Section line; thence East on Section line, 656 feet ± to the point of beginning. TO RH-4: Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner, then South on the North-South ! /4 Line 450 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; thence continue South 880 feet, more or less, to the SE Corner of the NE1/4 NW1/4; Thence West 1321 feet, more or less, to the SW Corner of the NE1/4 NW1/4; thence North 1328 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Aarback Road; thence East 773 feet, more or less, along the centerline; thence South 450 feet, more or less; thence East to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The RH-2 rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
