Boulevard <br /> Madison, WI 53709-0001 <br /> RE: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1110 FOR THE TOWN OF MIDDLETON TO <br /> AMEND ORIGINAL CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #745 TO AUTHORIZE <br /> LIGHTS TO ALLOW THE TOWN PARK TO REMAIN OPEN IN THE EVENING <br /> Dear Mr. Fleck <br /> At the Town Board Meeting of January 17 , 1994 the following <br /> Board action was taken concerning the rules and regulations on the <br /> lights for the Town of Middleton Community Park: <br /> ****** Moved by LaFond, seconded by Ensweiler to approve the <br /> following eight points as regulations for the baseball lighting <br /> for the Town of Middleton Community Park, located at 7555 West Old <br /> Sauk Road: <br /> 1 . No organized activity in the Town Park shall begin <br /> before 6 :00 a.m. nor extend beyond 10 : 30 p.m. Monday <br /> through Saturday. <br /> 2 . No organized activity in the Town Park shall begin <br /> before 9 :00 a.m. nor extend beyond 9 : 30 p.m. on Sunday. <br /> 3 . The Town Park shall be vacated by 11 :00 p.m. Monday <br /> through Saturday and 10 : 00 p.m. on Sunday. <br /> 4 . Baseball field lights out 10 minutes after game ends. <br /> 5 . No baseball or softball game shall extend beyond 10: 30 <br /> p.m. except that the inning in play as of 10 : 30 p.m. <br /> shall be completed. No additional inning may begin <br /> after 10 : 15 p.m. <br /> 6. All organized baseball and softball diamond use between <br /> April 15th and August 15th shall be cleared through the <br /> baseball commission schedule person and the Town of <br /> Middleton Parks Commission. <br />
