Although <br /> McDonald's restaurants are designed primarily for sit-down and drive-thru customers (sit-down <br /> being 45.1%of our business and drive-thru being 53.2%food consumption which leaves only <br /> 1.7%who may dine in cars on premises). McDonald's is requesting a conditional use to operate a <br /> McDonald's restaurant at the proposed location - Hwy. 19 &Server Rd. McDonald's has obtained <br /> verbal approval from the town of Burke for a McDonald's restaurant and will be attending their <br /> plan approval meeting December 8.
