If you overlay the photograph onto the township section map in the highlighted <br /> area,you can see the proposed driveway in relation to the adjoining lots. <br /> I have also enclosed a letter from the Army Corp of Engineers, stating that this is out of <br /> their jurisdiction, a letter and map from the Soil Conservation Service office showing that <br /> the land is listed as "Prior Converted" or at least"Fanned Wetland". <br /> Currently this land is sitting idle. It is not being used for farming,we have not farmed it <br /> in the three years since we have owned the land. The site we chose for our proposed <br /> driveway and homesite would interupt the land the least amount. Our goal is to receive a <br /> site approval for our driveway and future homesite. We will be proposing to rezone it out <br /> of wetland at a later date. <br /> Thank you. <br />
