• <br /> 5. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION: <br /> A. The lot is within the area classified as Riverfront Residential in the <br /> Town of Mazomanie Land Use Plan. <br /> B. The lot is to the north and east out of the restricted area in Sec. 20 <br /> of the map titled "Soil Limited for Septic Tank Absorbtion Fields" <br /> C. The lot is not in the Prime Farmland area of Section 20 as shown on <br /> the "Soil Productivity Classification" map of the plan. <br /> D. The lot is not in the "Woodlands" map of the plan. <br /> E. The lot is above the 100-year flood plain as shown in the "Water <br /> Resources" map of the plan. <br /> F. The proposed new Lot 1 (see attached preliminary map) will contain <br /> about 2. 73 acres including Laws Drive right-of-way or 2.00 acres <br /> without the right-of-way. <br /> NOTE: The 1973 map in the "plan" book shows three buildings to the west of <br /> the lot in question which are no longer there. Heartland Properties, <br /> Inc., owner of the land adjacent to the west has given a letter, dated <br /> April 12, 1993 and signed by John W.
