After considerable discussion toward <br /> finding a way to satisfy requirements of both the Town Plan, Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances and meet the desires of the parties, <br /> the Town Plan Committee voted to recommend that the parcel in <br /> question be rezoned CO-1 as per Sec . 10 . 155, P10-43 and 44 of <br /> these Ordinances . <br /> If it is agreeable, we request our Petition No . 5836 be <br /> amended to change zoning of the parcel shown as "to R1-A" on the <br /> hearing notice map to "to CO-1" . We further request that the <br /> Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee approve the <br /> petition as amended . <br /> Mr . Fred Teitgen, Chair of the Township Committee, has given <br /> his office Phone No . [ 833-9040 ] where he may be called to confirm <br /> the above information . <br /> We phoned the Dane County Zoning Office and spoke to Mr . <br /> Lorenz to alert the Committee to the proposal and the Township <br /> Committee ' s action on January 10 .
