PN ( --(( .fit <br /> BANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5837 • <br /> Amending Section 10 . 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial the following. described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 34 , Town of Albion described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said NW 1/4 SE <br /> 1/4 ; thence West along the South line of said 1/4 1/4, 463 . 16 feet; <br /> thence Northerlly along a line parallel to the North and South <br /> centerline of said Section 34 a distance of 600 feet; thence East <br /> 90° to the centerline of USH 51; thence southerly along the <br /> centerline of said USH 51 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 . 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. Use of the property shall be limited to the following: <br /> 1 . An automobile body repair and paint shop. <br /> 2 . Storage of Contractor equipment. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
