` l <br /> TOWN OF SUN PRAIRIE <br /> Resolution 1-24-94b <br /> Whereas: The property located at 5163 Pierceville Road, section 26 in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie, is currently zoned R3A Residential and A-2 (4), <br /> Whereas: the same property is used to operate a boarding stable for horses, <br /> Whereas: the null and void ruling of June, 1993 affects the A-2(4) zoning district <br /> and the Town Board understands that the property reverts to the original <br /> zoning district of A-1, <br /> Whereas: the A-1 Zoning District requires a conditional use permit for the operation <br /> of a horse boarding stable, <br /> Therefore be it resolved that: The Town Board of the Town of Sun Prairie sees this <br /> parcel as not in compliance and urges the County Zoning Department to <br /> take the appropriate action. <br /> Adopted this 24th day of January, 1994 at a regular meeting of the Town Board of the <br /> Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> Z., John G.
