` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5842 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 the following described land: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 36, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 25 and part 'of <br /> the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 36, Town of Sun Prairie, described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 36; <br /> thence N 01° 07 ' 11" East along the East line of the Northeast <br /> quarter, 2642 . 47 feet to the Northeast corner of said Section 36; <br /> thence S 89° 07 ' 57" West, 393 . 88 feet; thence N 02° 04 ' 59" East, <br /> 149 . 27 feet; thence N 89° 09 ' 28" West, 247 . 43 feet to the <br /> Northeast corner of Certified Survey Map #6953 ; thence S 20° 41 ' <br /> 38" West, 75 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 20° <br /> 41 ' 38" West along said Certified Survey Map #6953 , 145 . 25 feet; <br /> thence S 26° 00 ' 38" East along said Certified Survey Map #6953 , <br /> 111. 46 feet; thence West 90 feet; thence N 17° East, 200 feet; <br /> thence N 73 ° West, 158 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
