Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committees <br /> Petition of George and Monika Wills <br /> for a Rezoning of Land in Dane County <br /> #5844 <br /> George and Monika Wills, Kenneth Boyd Sr., Barbara Boyd, Kenneth Boyd Jr., and <br /> Renee Boyd, by their agent attorney Sally A. Hestad, present the following petition : <br /> 1. This is a petition to rezone and reconfigure parcels of land in the Town of Blooming <br /> Grove now shown as Lots One, Two,Three and Four of Certified Survey Map Number <br /> 487, Document Number 1283337, in Volume Two of Records, page 293. See <br /> attached copy of CSM 487, Exhibit 5. <br /> 2.. At the time that the subject land in the Town of Blooming Grove was surveyed, <br /> "Wills Road" had been dedicated by Dallas Wills to the Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> 3. CSM 487 created four parcels. Lots One and Two are now owned by Ken Boyd Jr. <br /> and Renee Boyd. Lot Three is owned by Ken Boyd Sr. and Barbara Boyd. George <br /> and Monika Wills own part of Lot Four. All of this property is currently zoned A-1 <br /> exclusive, with the exception of Lot Two which was changed to A-B several years ago. <br /> 3. Wills Road was not accepted by the Town and did not become a public road. <br /> 4. Kenneth Boyd Sr. and Barabara Boyd have acquired by deed additional property <br /> contiguous to Lot Three and they seek to reconfigure the boundaries of their parcel as <br /> shown on the map of the propozed rezoning and to rezone the entire parcel to R-1. <br /> 5. Similarly, Kenneth Boyd Jr. and Renee Boyd have acquired by deed additional <br /> property contiguous to Lots One and Two and including Wills Road, and they seek to <br /> reconfigure the boundaries of their parcels, as shown on the map of the proposed <br /> rezoning. This reconfiguration will create one parcel by combining Lots One and Two <br /> together, and the AB zoning should extend to apply to the entire combined parcel. The <br /> second parcel will consist of approximately ten acres, has 66 feet of frontage on <br /> Siggelkow Road and is to be rezoned as RH-3. <br /> 6. The remaining portion of Lot Four is currently owned by George and Monika Wills. <br /> They seek to have this land declared a legal parcel and to rezone it to R-1. <br /> 7. The legal descriptions of the land to be rezoned are <br /> New Parcel One: Lots 1 and 2, Certified Survey Map #487 <br /> New Parcel Two: See attached description, Exhibit 2 <br /> New Parcel Three: See attached descriptions, Exhibit 3 <br /> New Parcel Four: See attached description, Exhibit 4 <br />
