The parcel number is <br /> 0506-073-9000, and the addrress is South of 11082 Clay Hill <br /> Road. I would like you to know how I intend to use the land. <br /> When building a house on this property, I want to have a <br /> minimal impact on the agricultural potential of the farm. I <br /> have tried to keep the actual placing of the house as far <br /> from the farm fields as possible. The south and/or west <br /> portions of the lot, where the southern and western boundries <br /> meet could be modified for better access for farming <br /> purposes. I plan on keeping this entire farm intact. My <br /> wife intends to do cash cropping of raspberrys, tomatoes, and <br /> hopefully strawberrys. About 70% of the land is Port Byron <br /> and 30% is Troxel Loam. <br /> I would like to proceed with building my residence in the <br /> Spring of 1994, and would like to have it completed by the <br /> Fall of 1994. I will provide a perc test and siting of the <br /> septic system once a permit has been issued.
