This proposed Christmas tree and craft sales business was previously reviewed and <br /> conditionally approved as Petition 5633 and CUP 1064. The proposal at the May 1993 hearing was <br /> for A-2 zoning and a CUP for a Limited Family Business. The conditions had not been met by the <br /> time the Judge declared the ordinance amendments for the Limited Family Business null and void. <br /> Therefore, the alternative available to the applicant is to rezone to B-1. <br /> Since the B-i Local Business District allows many commercial uses which would not be appropriate at <br /> this location, the site should be conditionally zoned if the B-i zoning is approved. The same <br /> conditions as previously approved should be applied: <br /> (1) Retail sales limited to seasonal Christmas items including trees, wreaths, decorations, lights, <br /> handicrafts, food gift packages (including hams and jellies and non-alcoholic refreshments); <br /> (2) Parking area of 105 x 105 for 46 stalls; and <br /> (3) Sales limited to Christmas season months of November and December. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
