I currently have a home <br /> approximating 1500 square feet on a lot. approximating 3/4 <br /> acre . The remodeling project I would like to undertake <br /> would add an additional ten feet on to the kitchen-dining <br /> area. This would place the structure within about. 27 feet <br /> of the back lot. line ( 8 feet closer than currently allowed ) , <br /> The purpose of the project is to provide more livable space <br /> for my family and to make the home more comparable size-wise <br /> to other neighborhood homes . My general contractor, Simon <br /> Builders , and I would like to begin as soon as possible , <br /> The lot description is: Part of the SW 1/4 of the SE <br /> 1/4 of Section 18 , T7N, R8E Town of Middleton.
