A Judge ' s decision <br /> changed our residential permit in the A2 District to a <br /> permitted use. <br /> Therefore, we would like to apply for a conditional use permit <br /> at this time . <br /> We are in the process of building the home now with a completion <br /> date of approximately January 1 , 1994 . <br /> The site is a beautiful wooded area . We enjoy the peacefulness <br /> and quietness . There are many birds and animals that we enjoy <br /> watching . The home sits up on a hill and has a beautiful view <br /> of a pond .
