/ / Z1 <br /> January 4, 1994 <br /> Dane County Zoning Committee <br /> Subject: Conditional Use Permit for single family residence <br /> Our intentions are to build a family residence at the location of 4491 Hill <br /> Rd. , Town of Rutland, Parcel A & B as per the attached legal description. <br /> The building time schedule is to begin house construction as soon as <br /> weather conditions permit in the spring of 1994. Completion is <br /> anticipated to be by the fall of 1994. <br /> We request permission for a conditional use permit and/or any other <br /> local or county permits required to build a residence at this location. <br /> Please see the enclosed site plan, plot plan and a copy of the soil <br /> and percolation tests. <br /> We had previously applied for and was granted on May 8, 1990 a <br /> condi ional use permit which included construction of a private residence. <br /> This us a single family residence. Our present under- <br /> standing is, after speaking with Dane County Zoning, that we need to renew <br /> the residence portion of this permit. <br /> We request action from the committee at the time of the meeting F-G b .
