Also enclosed is <br /> our check in the amount of$175.00 to cover the application and hearing fee. <br /> The purpose of this application is to obtain approval for a land division for splits to which the owner <br /> is entitled, together with a rezone of the new lots to RH-l. This property was the subject of a prior <br /> application, which we understand was acceptable to Dane County but not approved by the Town. <br /> We understand that this application will be placed on the agenda for the next public hearing, which <br /> will be in January 2015.
