• <br /> • <br /> ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5867 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Windsor <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 Residential the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5867: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Windsor described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4 of said Section 6; thence Easterly along the North line of said <br /> 1/4 1/4 552 . 7 feet to the centerline of Clinton Road; thence South <br /> along said centerline 734 . 15 feet of the point of beginning. <br /> Thence continuing South along said centerline 208 . 71 feet; thence <br /> S 88° 433 ' 20" East 208 . 77 feet; thence North parallel to said <br /> centerline 208 . 71 feet; thence N 88° 43 ' 20" West along said South <br /> line 208 . 77 feet to the centerline of Clinton Road and the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
