DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5868 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Primrose <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5868: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of <br /> Primrose described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner <br /> of said Section 18; thence North along the East line of said <br /> Section 18, 2054 . 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 86° <br /> 00 ' 00" West, 426. 23 feet to the Easterly line of CTH G; thence <br /> Northeasterly along the Easterly line of CTH G on a curve to the <br /> right, which has a radius of 4504 . 00 feet and a chord bearing N 10° <br /> 59 ' 58" East, 447 . 98 feet; thence N 13° 51 ' 00" East, along the <br /> Easterly line of CTH G, 200. 46 feet; thence N 66° 14 ' 00" East <br /> 134 . 07 feet; thence Easterly on a curve to the right, which has a <br /> radius of 185. 40 feet and a chord bearing N 82° 47 ' 21" East, <br /> 105. 66 feet to the Easterly line of said Section 18; thence S 05° <br /> 27 ' 30" East, along said Easterly line, 675. 00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
