DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5868 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes the following described land: Pet. #5868: Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Primrose described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 18; thence North along the East line of said Section 18, 2054 . 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 86° 00 ' 00" West, 426. 23 feet to the Easterly line of CTH G; thence Northeasterly along the Easterly line of CTH G on a curve to the right, which has a radius of 4504 . 00 feet and a chord bearing N 10° 59 ' 58" East, 447 . 98 feet; thence N 13° 51 ' 00" East, along the Easterly line of CTH G, 200. 46 feet; thence N 66° 14 ' 00" East 134 . 07 feet; thence Easterly on a curve to the right, which has a radius of 185. 40 feet and a chord bearing N 82° 47 ' 21" East, 105. 66 feet to the Easterly line of said Section 18; thence S 05° 27 ' 30" East, along said Easterly line, 675. 00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
