DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT N9. 5869 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> VERONA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agriculture the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Verona described as <br /> follow: Commencing at the NW 1/4 corner of the SE 1/4 of Section <br /> 7, Town of Verona. Thence South along the West line of the SE 1/4, <br /> 60. 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence South along the West <br /> line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 7, 55. 0 feet; thence S 23° West, <br /> 52 . 5 feet; thence S 76° East 22 feet to the said West line of the <br /> SE 1/4 of Section 7; thence South along said West line 308. 6 feet <br /> to the centerline of White Crossing Road, thence South Westerly <br /> along the centerline of White Crossing Road, 700 feet more or less <br /> to the intersection of the centerline of white Crossing Road and <br /> the North line of the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural <br /> Resource Bike Trail; thence North Westerly along said North line <br /> 1440 feet more or less to the intersection of said North line and <br /> the South right-of-way line of CTH PD; thence East along said South <br /> line 740 feet along said right-of-way; thence South, 15 feet; <br /> thence continue East along said South line 600 feet more or less to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Livestock kept on the property shall be limited to only <br /> horses. <br /> (B) Additions to the stable building shall not cause any <br /> alteration of the surface water flow pattern which currently <br /> exists as of 3/1/94 <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to <br /> record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 10\i <br />
