I want to <br /> create 3 very attractive river frontage (Yahara) properties. I have <br /> invested a lot of my cash reserves in one of there properties (the <br /> house) - because it was in very bad shape - and I wish to get my <br /> cash out of this ( house) property now. The 4th parcel created is a <br /> very nice 81 acre - basically agricultural (farm) piece - which will <br /> preserve the agricultural nature of the basic property.
