These proposed lot divisions appear to conflict with the adopted town/county <br /> density policy of one lot per 35 acres which applies in the Town of Dunn. With a total parcel <br /> acreage of 120 acres, three lots may be allowed, not four. <br /> In addition, portions of the northern two parcels along the Yahara River are within the project <br /> boundary of the Lower Mud Lake Resource Protection project Plan adopted by the County <br /> Board. The project area includes the floodplain area, plus 300 ft. of upland along the slope <br /> above the floodplain.
