That plan calls for the protection of 1700 acres of <br /> wetland and adjoining upland in the Mud Lake Yahara River <br /> area. (See attached project boundary map) . <br /> The two northern most parcels being considered in Zoning <br /> Petition #5872 are partially in the boundary of the Lower Mud <br /> Lake Project (see attached zoning map) . The Lower Mud Lake <br /> Plan calls for building restrictions or Conservation <br /> Easements within the project boundary. <br /> It is our hope that the Zoning and Natural Resources <br /> Committee would attempt to negotiate an agreement with the <br /> land owner that reflects the goals of the Lower Mud Lake <br /> Plan, as well as the goals of the landowner. <br /> Thank you for your consideration.
