` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5873 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the C-1 Commercial the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence N 02° 31' <br /> 16" West 3037.70 feet to the centerline of North Nine Mound Road; <br /> thence along said centerline of a curve to the right-of-way radius <br /> 600 feet and long chord N 35° 37 ' 47" West 123 . 51 feet; thence N <br /> 29° 43 ' 20" West along said centerline, 662 . 94 feet; thence N 60° <br /> 16 ' 40" east 88. 34 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 64° 00 ' <br /> East 78.40 feet; thence N 00° 36 ' East 105. 60 feet; thence N 89° <br /> 24 ' West 78.30 feet; thence S 00° 36 ' West 63 .70 feet; thence S 89° <br /> 24 ' East 8.20 feet; thence S 00° 36 ' West 77. 00 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Use of the property shall be limited to woodworking <br /> shops, machine shops, manufacturing and assembly plants. <br /> (B) Outside storage of vehicles or equipment is not <br /> permitted. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
