` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5874 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1, RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes the following <br /> described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Verona described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; <br /> thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 818 feet ± to <br /> the point of beginning; thence North, 530 feet ±; thence West, 290 <br /> feet ±; thence South, 530 feet ±; thence east, along the South line <br /> of said Section 35, 290 feet ± to the point beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; <br /> thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 748 feet ± to <br /> the point of beginning; thence West, along the South line of said <br /> Section 35, 70 feet ± thence North, 530 feet ±; thence West, 290 <br /> feet ±; thence South, 530 feet ±; thence West, along the South line <br /> of said Section 35, 70 feet ±; thence North, 504 feet ±; thence <br /> West, 150 feet ±; thence North, 810 feet ±; along the East line of <br /> the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 35; thence East, along the North <br /> line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 35, 580 feet ±; thence <br /> South, 1320 feet ± to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; <br /> thence West, 668 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, along <br /> the South line of said Section 35, 80 feet ±; thence North, 1320 <br /> feet ±; thence East, along the North line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br /> said Section 35, 7210 feet ±; thence South, along the East line of <br /> said Section 35, 660 feet ±; thence S 68° 11 ' West, 316 feet ± <br /> along the Northwest line of Lot #2, CSM #6331; thence S 36° 18 ' <br /> West, along the Northwest line of Lot #1, CSM 6331; 655 feet ± to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record thh survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
