` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5874 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1, RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes the following described land: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 35, Town of Verona described as follows: TO RH-1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 818 feet ± to the point of beginning; thence North, 530 feet ±; thence West, 290 feet ±; thence South, 530 feet ±; thence east, along the South line of said Section 35, 290 feet ± to the point beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 748 feet ± to the point of beginning; thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 70 feet ± thence North, 530 feet ±; thence West, 290 feet ±; thence South, 530 feet ±; thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 70 feet ±; thence North, 504 feet ±; thence West, 150 feet ±; thence North, 810 feet ±; along the East line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 35; thence East, along the North line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 35, 580 feet ±; thence South, 1320 feet ± to the point of beginning. TO RH-3: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 35; thence West, 668 feet to the point of beginning; thence West, along the South line of said Section 35, 80 feet ±; thence North, 1320 feet ±; thence East, along the North line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 35, 7210 feet ±; thence South, along the East line of said Section 35, 660 feet ±; thence S 68° 11 ' West, 316 feet ± along the Northwest line of Lot #2, CSM #6331; thence S 36° 18 ' West, along the Northwest line of Lot #1, CSM 6331; 655 feet ± to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
