Spahn, would like to purchase .85 acres of land <br /> from a parcel of 67 acres owned by my father, Lawrence C. Spahn, <br /> Jr. . The land is located in the town of Vienna and is zoned <br /> agricultural. I would like to change the zoning to R-1 to build <br /> a single family dwelling on the property. I am also hoping to <br /> connect to Madison Metro Sewer as it is already in the sub- <br /> division and 25 feet from the proposed home site. I have had a <br /> certified survey done on the property and have met with the <br /> Vienna town board. The board has said it meets their master land <br /> use plan and have approved the site.
