' <br /> The Town Board received a recommendation from the Plan Committee <br /> that the request met the Town Plan and that the Board was asked <br /> to approve the request. The Vienna Board reviewed the request <br /> and found it to meet the Town Plan and voted three to zero to <br /> approve and ask Dape County passage of the request. <br /> The Committee and Board found the request to meet the Town Plan <br /> because the rezone and land-division is for the son of the <br /> property owner who has owned the property prior to 1974. Property <br /> owners prior to 1974 were allowed, by the Vienna plan, •to divide <br /> areas for children to build on family land.. <br /> The Vienna Board asks that Dane County approve the land-division <br /> • <br /> and rezone application # 5875.
