441ir4 an- Cowa . v' 411
1. Maximum of 20 children
•
2. A minimum of .5 parking spaces shall be provided for clients.
3. One sign is allowed, maximum of 4' X 5' in size and shall not be
lighted.
4. Permittee has agreed that, at the discretion of the Town of
Westport or County of Dane, the permit may be subject to an annual
review for each of the next three years. The purpose of said
review shall be to examine any unanticipated burdens that the
facility may impose upon the community. At the time of the review,
it shall be determined:
A). Whether any such burden can be ameliorated without further
hearing;
B). Whether a full hearing in front of the Town of Westport Plan
Commission is warranted. Permittee agrees that if such full
hearing is held and it is the finding of the Town of Westport
and County of Dane that further restrictions upon the operation
of the day care are necessary and reasonable, such restrictions
may be imposed by Dane County. Nothing contained in this
condition shall allow the County of Dane to prohibit the
original intended use so that the viability of the use is
threatened.
5. The permit shall expire 5 years from the date of issue.
