DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5879 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MADISON <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to <br /> include in the R-4 Residential the following described land: <br /> Part of Government Lot #2 , being fractional S 1/2 NE 1/4 Section <br /> 12, Town of Madison, described as follows: Commencing at the Town <br /> line at a point 524 . 2 feet North of the East quarter corner of said <br /> Section 12 ; thence N 74° West, 284 . 29 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue N 74° West, 288 . 18 feet; thence S 25° <br /> 03 ' West, 56. 25 feet; thence S 74° East, 297 . 00 feet; thence N 16° <br /> 54 ' 55" East, 55. 47 feet to the point of beginning. Also, <br /> commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 12 ; thence <br /> North 408 .7 feet; thence N 74° West 34 . 6 feet more or less to the <br /> Westerly line of Fordem Avenue; thence continue N 74° West, 200 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue N 74° West, 577 <br /> feet more or less to the centerline of Sherman Avenue; thence <br /> Northeasterly along said centerine 56. 25 feet; thence S 74° East, <br /> 560 feet more or less to a point 200 feet Westerly of the Westerly <br /> right-of-way of Fordem Avenue; thence Southerly parallel with <br /> Fordem Avenue 57 . 75 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> A. A maximum of 14 apartments are allowed on this property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
