This site, with an exiting business (a contractor's shop) appears to conflict with <br /> adopted policies, since it is in an agricultural preservation area of the town of Sun Prairie. <br /> There is a horse stable to the north and the rest of the area is farmland. <br /> The relevant adopted town/county policy is: <br /> Only commercial uses clearly related to or compatible with agricultural production <br /> should be permitted to rezone in designated agricultural preservation areas.
