• <br /> ` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5884 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prarie be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial and R-1A Residential the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #5884: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO R-1A: Part of Lot 2 , Certified Survey Map #1948 being a part <br /> of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot #2, <br /> Certified Survey Map #1948; thence N 84° 28 ' 37" West along the <br /> South line of said Lot #2, 308.99 feet; thence N 03° 27 ' 47" East <br /> along the East line of Pierceville Road, 175 feet; thence S 84° 28 ' <br /> 37" Est, 308.99 feet; thence S 03° 27 ' 47" West along the East line <br /> of said Certified Survey Map #175 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO C-2: Part of Lot #2 Certified Survey Map #1948 being a part <br /> of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Sun Prairie described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot #2, <br /> Certified Survey Map #1948; thence S 03° 27 ' 47" West along the <br /> East side of said Certified Survey Map #225 feet; thence N 84° 28 ' <br /> 37" West, 308 .99 feet; thence N 03° 27 ' 47" East along the East <br /> right-of-way of Pierceville Road, 225 feet; thence S 84° 38 ' 37" <br /> East along the North line of said Certified Survey, 308.99 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Use of the C-2 zoned area shall be limited to a <br /> construction business. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
