` • DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5885 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the RH-1 Rural Homes and RH-2 Rural Homes the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #5885: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: <br /> TO RH-1: Beginning at the East quarter of Section 22, thence <br /> North along the centerline of Dyreson Road 333 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence West 458 . 62 feet; thence North 400 feet; thence <br /> East 458. 62 feet to centerline of Dyreson Road; thence South 400 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. Also, Beginning at the East <br /> quarter corner of Section 22, thence West along the centerline of <br /> CTH B a distance of 658. 62 feet; thence North 85 feet to the point <br /> of beginning; thence West 400 feet; thence South 52 feet; thence <br /> West 35 feet; thence North 299. 16 feet; thence East 635 feet to the <br /> Northwest corner of CSM #4029; thence South 139 . 97 feet along the <br /> West line of CSM #4029; thence West 200 feet; thence South to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2 : Beginning at the East quarter corner of Section 22 , <br /> thence North along the centerline of Dyreson Road 733 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence West 458 . 62 feet; thence South 400 feet; <br /> thence West 635 feet; thence North 466 feet; thence East 1, 093 . 62 <br /> feet to the centerline of Dyreson Road; thence South 66 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: (3/9 ek <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) - _ <br />
