This proposed expansion of an existing landscape business is in an agricultural <br /> preservation area. the relevant adopted county policy is: <br /> Only commercial uses clearly related to or needed to support agricultural production may be <br /> permitted in designated agricultural preservation areas. (Ag-related uses include such <br /> activities as grain storage facilities, implementing sales and service, veterinary clinics, <br /> landscaping nurseries and farm co-ops.) <br /> The existing LC-1 has a large shed and landscaping equipment. The LC-1 area to the northwest along <br /> pioneer Road is another landscape business. The land to the south is a Christmas tree farm.
