` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5861 • <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Mazomanie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to <br /> include in the A-2 Agriculture the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5861/1118 : <br /> A part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4, NW 1/4 NE 1/4 and SW <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 35, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the North quarter corner of said Section 35; thence <br /> West along the North line of the NW 1/4 of said Section 35, 400. 00 <br /> feet; thence S 17° 48 ' 26" West, 1914 . 00 feet; thence S 88° 13 ' 35" <br /> East, 213 . 72 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot #1 of Dane County <br /> Certified Survey Map #4440; thence N 21° 09 ' 59 ' East along the <br /> _West line of said Lot #1, 1307 . 64 feet to the Northwest corner of <br /> said lot; thence S 68° 50 ' 01" East along the North line of said <br /> Lot #1, 205. 56 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot #1; thence <br /> S 21° 09 ' 59" West along the East line of said Lot #1, 1235.28 feet <br /> to the Southeast corner of said Lot #1; thence S 88° 13 ' 35" East, <br /> 168. 36 feet to the West line of the State of Wisconsin Railroad; <br /> thence N 33° 01 ' 07" East along said Railroad, 469 . 25 feet to the <br /> point of curvature of a curve to the left having a central angle of <br /> 17° 30 ' 27" and a radius of 2714 .97 feet; thence Northerly along <br /> the arc of said curve and the West line of said Railroad, 829. 59 <br /> feet to the point of tangency thereof, said arc having a long chord <br /> bearing N 24° 15 ' 56" East, 826. 37 feet; thence N 15° 37 ' 10" east <br /> along the West line of said Railroad, 719 . 32 feet to the North line <br /> of the NE 1/4 of said Section 35; thence West along the North line <br /> of said NE 1/4 , 403 . 30 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
