DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5862 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial and RH-1 Rural Homes the <br /> following described land: <br /> Pet. #5862 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 Section 26 , Town of Albion <br /> described as follows: TO RH-1: Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of <br /> Section 26 and the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 27 , Town of Albion <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of <br /> said Section 26; thence S 00° 45 ' West on the Section line and <br /> alogn the centerline of Old 73 , 624 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning; thence S 89° 15 ' East, 257 feet more or less; thence <br /> S 01° 09 ' West, 387 feet more or less; thence N 89° 15 ' West, 276 <br /> feet more or less to the centerline of Old 73 ; thence North- <br /> Easterly 144 feet more or less along the arc of a 491. 46 feet <br /> radius curve to the left in Old 73 , chord bearing N 09° 09 ' East, <br /> 143 . 5 feet more or less; thence N 00° 45 ' East in Old 73 , 245 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> TO LC-1: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 , SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW <br /> 1/4 of Section 26 and also part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 27 , <br /> all in the Town of Albion described as follows: Beginning at the <br /> West quarter corner of said Section 26; thence N 89° 39 ' East on <br /> Section line, 252 feet more or less to. Westerly right-of-way of I- <br /> 90; thence S 40° 04 ' East on said right-of-way line, 587 feet more <br /> or less to point of curve; thence South-Easterly 1323 feet more or <br /> less on said right-of-way along the arc of a 22 , 803 foot radius <br /> curve to the right on a chord bearing S 38° 24 ' East, 1323 feet <br /> more or less to the south property line; thence S 89° 45 ' West, <br /> 1240 feet more or less to the centerline of Goede Road; thence N <br /> 41° 24 ' West along said centerline, 467 feet more or less to the <br /> centerline of Old 73 ; thence Northeasterly 144 feet more or less on <br /> said centerline along the arc of a 491. 46 foot radius curve to the <br /> left on a chord bearing N 25° 57 ' East, 143 . 5 feet more or less; <br /> thence S 89° 15 ' East, 257 feet more or less to the centerline of <br /> Old 73 ; thence N 00° 45 ' East, 624 feet more or less to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br />
