DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5862 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial and RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: Pet. #5862 : Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 and SW 1/4 Section 26 , Town of Albion described as follows: TO RH-1: Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 26 and the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 27 , Town of Albion described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 26; thence S 00° 45 ' West on the Section line and alogn the centerline of Old 73 , 624 feet more or less to the point of beginning; thence S 89° 15 ' East, 257 feet more or less; thence S 01° 09 ' West, 387 feet more or less; thence N 89° 15 ' West, 276 feet more or less to the centerline of Old 73 ; thence North- Easterly 144 feet more or less along the arc of a 491. 46 feet radius curve to the left in Old 73 , chord bearing N 09° 09 ' East, 143 . 5 feet more or less; thence N 00° 45 ' East in Old 73 , 245 feet to the point of beginning. TO LC-1: Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 , SE 1/4 SW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 26 and also part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 27 , all in the Town of Albion described as follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 26; thence N 89° 39 ' East on Section line, 252 feet more or less to. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions.
