This proposed plat is in an agricultural preservation area of the <br /> Town of Windsor. It Is outside the urban service area which encompasses the <br /> subdivision to the northwest . <br /> Town/county policy only allows for limited farm-related or very low density (one lot <br /> per 40 acres) residential use.
