ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5483 <br /> } <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> WINDSOR <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the R-2 <br /> Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5483: <br /> Part of SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 20, Town of Windsor <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 20; <br /> thence N 00° 18' 49' West, 236.00 feet; thence N 89° 41' 11" East 293.92 feet; <br /> thence S 03° 01' 09" East, 80.23 feet; thence along a curve to the right, <br /> having a radius of 183.00 feet, and a long chord bearing S 14° 13' 04" West, <br /> 108.45 feet to the point of tangency thereof; thence S 31° 27' 16" West, 60.52 <br /> feet; thence N 89° 49' 28" East, 271.67 feet; thence S 07° 45' 42" East, along <br /> the Westerly right—of—way of the C.M. St. P. and P. railroad, 551.80 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 49' 28" West, 576.82 feet; thence N 00° 50' 22" West, 547.00 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
