Gunderman : <br /> We are asking for the rezoning of this 1 acre of property for a <br /> limited family business . This business is a saw sharpening & <br /> locksmith business which is on a very small scale at the present <br /> time located in the basement of our home . <br /> It is our objective to enlarge the size of the business by buying <br /> out another existing business and incorporating it with the <br /> business now in operation . By doing this , more space is needed and <br /> the zoning must be correct to allow its existence . <br /> The proposed area for putting the business in, is the lower level of <br /> the barn located at 132 County Highway U ; Belleville , WI ; county of <br /> Dane . The cow stanchions have been removed leaving this area wide <br /> open . It is our objective to insulate this area so it can be <br /> heated for winter use , and install the lights and electric outlets <br /> to operate the equipment . <br /> This area is ideal in that we presently live in the house at this <br /> location . The property is owned by Sylvestor Johnson and Wilma <br /> Johnson, who are my brother in law and sister . <br /> I am in the process of applying for a Small Business Loan through <br /> the Small Business Administration to acquire funds to buy the <br /> existing business that is for sale, and to do the remodeling work <br /> to the barn . It is my hopes that this loan will be allocated by <br /> early spring of 1993 . At that time the remodeling work would take <br /> place . <br /> Thank you for your consideration . <br /> A.
