ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5491 <br /> • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5491: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 16, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East corner of Section 16; thence S 01° 21' West, along the <br /> East line Southeast quarter 191.5 feet to the point of beginning. Thence <br /> continue S 01° 21' West along said East line Section 16 and centerline of STH <br /> 73, 936 more or less feet to the Northeast corner of Lot #1, CSM #2451; thence <br /> N 89° 57' West, 250.0 feet; thence S 01° 21' West 200.0 feet to the Southwest <br /> corner of CSM #2451; thence N 89° 57' West along the South line NE 1/4 SE 1/4 <br /> Section 16 for a distance of 404 more or less feet; thence N 01° 21' West 1136 <br /> more or less feet parallel to the East line of Section 16, thence East 298 mor <br /> ore or less feet; thence North 33.7 feet; thence S 85° 57' East, 356.6 feet to <br /> the East line of Section 16 and the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
