} ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5492 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Perry be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5492: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4, Section 25 and W 1/2 NW 1/4, Section 36 Town of <br /> Perry described as follows: Commencing at th South quarter corner of said <br /> Section 25; thence West 1320 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 900 <br /> feet to Lee Valley Road; thence West 66 feet; thence South 1900 feet; thence <br /> West 185 feet; thence South 400 feet; thence S 70° East 275 feet; thence North <br /> 1500 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified <br /> survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will <br /> become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane County Board, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the <br /> Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: 'OR 9 1991 <br /> • <br />
