ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5493 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating.to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 and RH-4 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5493: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows: TO RH-4: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Certified <br /> Sruvey Map #2596; thnce South along the East line of the said Certified Survey <br /> Map, and an extension thereof, to the South line of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4, thence <br /> East to the Southeast corner of the said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North along the <br /> 40 line 225.6 feet; thence West 10 feet; thence N 25° 20' West 389.6 feet; <br /> thence N 10° 21' West 58.5 feet; thence N 51° 21' East 70.1 feet; thence N 89° <br /> 00' East 134.6 feet to the East line of the said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence North to <br /> the Northeast corner of the said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence West to the point of <br /> beginning. TO RH-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said Section <br /> 16; thence South 500.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 89° 26' 09" <br /> East 871.20 feet; thence South 810 feet; thence West 871 feet; thence North 810 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
